Where is my data stored? All your journal entries are stored locally on your device. We never have access to them.
How do I export my data? Go to Settings → Export everything. This creates a JSON file you can save or share.
How do I cancel my subscription? Open the Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → Tend Premium → Cancel.
I lost my entries after deleting the app. Because Tend stores everything on-device for privacy, deleting the app removes your data. We recommend using the export feature regularly as a backup.
What is “Go Deeper”? An optional feature that sends a single entry to Claude (by Anthropic) for deeper reflection questions. Your name is stripped and nothing is stored. It requires a premium subscription for unlimited use.
